How long is the ride from the park to the airport terminal?
The journey takes 1 minute, as the airport is very close to the parking area.
How much time should I plan for handling the office and transfer to the airport?
You should plan for about 15-20 minutes.
Can I cancel my booking?
Of course you can! Please send us an email at this info@parkingpalace.de with your cancellation or change request.
Must i inform you if my flight dates are changed?
Yes! Please. Just write us an e-mail.
Shuttle Service? What\'s this?
You drive directly to our vehicle collection point in Dusseldorf and give us your vehicle at the receiving point. Meanwhile, your vehicle will be taken to a secure location over.
Drives the shuttle service around the clock?
Yes. According to your reservation the free shuttle service is available for you 24 hours to drive you the airport and back.
What is valet parking and how does it work?
Our employee will wait at terminal b-c fr the vehicle handovering. You pay your parking fee cash to our employee and he drive your vehicle to the car park. After your arrival you call our 24h-Hotline and we bring your car to terminal b-c back.
Do I have to pay for the transportation from the car park to the airport?
No! The price is of course included!
Do I pay for the reservation online via online banking credit card or paypal?
No. You pay the parking fee cash to our employee.
Come else further cost to me?
No! There are no hidden costs. The calculated price includes the parking fee and the transfer to the airport terminal. All prices include 19% VAT
